Imperial Persian Saffron is born from a heritage that stretches across centuries of tradition. In Iran, saffron is more than a spice as it is a symbol of hospitality, artistry, and celebration. Some of our earliest memories come from watching saffron threads bloom in hot water before family meals, releasing a fragrance that warmed the home.

Our saffron comes from family-operated farms in the historic saffron regions of Iran, where flowers are still harvested by hand at dawn to protect their color and aroma. These techniques have been passed down through generations, unchanged, because tradition does not need improvement when it is already perfect.
